I would like to invite you to come to the first class in September for FREE to help reset your fitness and health goals (offer is only open to those new to my classes in September 2025 and when you quote this advert).
I am keen to get Basingstoke moving in a fun and healthy way. September is a great time to join Hampshire Dance Fitness as we are all in the same boat, building our fitness, learning the choreography and ready to return to routine.

This Tuesday class allows you to move within your own comfort zone. We use light weights for the first half of the class (or no weights if you prefer) and then we dance with easy to follow choreography to a fun mix of Latin and pop music.
