Damien O’Kane and Ron Block - Banjo Brothers
Damien O’Kane and Ron Block are two talented musicians who have been captivating audiences with their unique blend of Irish tenor banjo and American bluegrass banjo since 2018. Their first album, Banjophony, was released in 2018 and received widespread acclaim. They followed up with Banjophonics in 2022, further honing their innovative style.
The duo is currently on tour in the UK, performing tracks from their latest album, Banjophonics, as well as older tracks from their first album. They will be joined on stage by a full band lineup, including Scotland’s leading ‘Bass Man’ Duncan Lyall on bass and Moog, and Ireland’s Stevie Byrnes on guitars and stomp.
